Valeriy Parachod

Valeriy Parachod was born in 1955 in Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan. A self-taught artist, he began his artistic career in 1970. In 1976 he graduated from V.I Lenin Combined Arms and Services Staff School in Tashkent and from 1976-1978 he served in the Military service, Chita, Russia. Upon the completion of his military service in 1978 he moved to Moscow, Russia. in 1999 he moved to Prague and returned to Moscow in 2000. He became a member of the Russian Artists’ Union in 2001.
