Edgar Calhado was born in 1943 Born in Olimpia, Sao Paulo State, Brazil and moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1957, where he currently lives. In 1968 he formed the “Grupo de Osasco” together with the naïve artists, Neuton de Andrade, Americo Modanez and Dirceu Carvalho.
